Help menu — Tutorial

Opens the Tutorial window: the list of every topic, grouped by section, with the lesson you are reading kept open on the right.

• entries in the list are the topics themselves, so anything reachable from the site is reachable here;
• the window has back / forward, and the arrow keys do the same;
• what's this text at the top right filters the list as you type.

This is different from Help menu — What's This?: the tutorial window is for reading, the help cursor is for asking about a control.
